Grade Submission Options
- Enter and submit final grades in the Faculty Center via MyU

Late Grade Submission
Late grades cannot be submitted through Canvas because the day after grades are due, if no grade has been assigned, students receive an NR (not recorded) as “final grade”. Canvas cannot overwrite NR data.
Grade Changes
If an existing grade needs to be changed for any prior terms (e.g. changing an I to the final grade, a K to an S, a B- to a B+), this is done via MyU.
Incomplete Grades
You may choose to enter an incomplete (I) grade when appropriate, per University policy.
Incomplete contracts are initiated by the student then routed to the instructor for review and/or approval. Note: If you agree to an incomplete after the grading deadline and an NR grade has posted, the student will not be able to initiate a contract unless you assign an I grade.
