Request Support

Email

Please review the following instructions for submitting a support request to the IT Support Team via email:

Support requests should have a simple yet complete description of the problem. This will greatly assist the IT Team in troubleshooting the problem. Please format your email as follows:

  • Subject — A brief description of the problem (software application, form, system, etc.).
  • Email Body — Include the following:
    • A more detailed description of the problem. Mention the application, form, system, etc. that you were using, as well as what you were doing right before the error occurred. Attach a screenshot of error message if possible, or type it in the body of your email.
    • Your name and office location.
    • Urgency — Advise if the problem is preventing you from completing your work.

EnHS IT Project Support

The EnHS IT Support Team has extensive experience in providing direct, specialized support on research projects, including application development, database development and management, network management, and server management.
