Employee Engagement

Employee engagement creates motivation and enables success for individuals and teams. An employee’s commitment and dedication coupled with an effective work environment are the key components of engagement.

The University of Minnesota conducts biannual Employee Engagement (E2) surveys to gather information about faculty and staff workplace perceptions and engagement. Benefits-eligible faculty and staff receive the survey.
