Climate Survey 2011
Last spring a second survey on the academic climate of the School of Public Health was given to the faculty. Doug Wholey was critical in this effort.
I hope you have an opportunity to discuss these findings at your division faculty meetings.
If there are questions, please let me know.

Climate Survey 2009
In spring 2009, the SPH Faculty Consultative Committee conducted a Faculty Climate and Collaboration survey of the entire SPH faculty, with the exception of the dean, division heads, and adjunct faculty.
The survey was designed to measure faculty perceptions of divisional climate and support. The goal of the survey is to help identify issues that may need to be addressed in order to improve the quality of work life for faculty in the School of Public Health.
The FCC plans to administer this survey on a bi-annual basis to track quality of work life issues among SPH faculty and to identify issues that the FCC may need to address.
