SPH Staff Spot Awards are designed to recognize special contributions of staff, as they occur, for a specific project or accomplishment. A Spot Award lets employees know that others have noticed their noteworthy contributions. At the same time, it recognizes and reinforces the behaviors and values that are important at the University of Minnesota and within the School of Public Health.
